First Richmond Realtors and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Big Hill

Richmond-based brokerage First Richmond Realtors and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Big Hill are merging.

The merged companies, which will operate as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate First Realty Group, will be led by principal broker Ray Ramsey and continue to serve the greater Richmond area, including Wayne County and surrounding areas.

The merger was announced Friday by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. The combined office will operate at 1010 S. A St. in Richmond.

The Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network includes about 9,300 sales associates and 250 offices in Canada and the United States.

About 70 associates will operate from the combined Richmond office.
